GENERAL PRACTITIONER ENGAGEMENT
Securing the Home Nine Banks Said No To.

Two general practitioners came to us with a clear goal — purchase their dream home in one of Melbourne's most sought-after suburbs. The challenge was a recent shift in how one of the applicants was remunerated. Moving from a PAYG model to a sole trader meant most lenders wanted a full year of trading history before they'd even look at the application.
Nine banks said no. We didn’t.

Lenders Approached
What We Did.
We conducted a thorough review of both applicants' income positions and developed an innovative approach to calculating the sole trader income — annualising revenue from the most recent quarter to build a serviceable case. After nine hard rejections, we arranged a round table with the health division of a major lender and their credit manager, presented the annualised income scenario and made the case in the room. They agreed.

The Outcome.
Full approval secured for the desired loan amount, with a 95% LVR, made possible by the clients' affiliation with the healthcare industry. Two GPs walked into auction with confidence and secured the home they'd been working towards. A result that took persistence, creativity and the refusal to take no for an answer.
The right outcome, with the right company.
